560 Thermal Barrier XF – high build solvent free epoxy liquid insulation coating  

Resimac Thermal Barrier Coatings are two component 100% solids epoxy coatings designed to be applied to metallic substrates with a surface temperature ranging from 2C to 140C.
Once cured the products will reduce the potential for condensation on cold surfaces and make hot surfaces safe to touch in line with ASTM Standard C-155.

• Applied by brush or squeegee
• Applied in a single coat up to 1-2mm wet film thickness
• Suitable for all metallic surfaces
• Reduce surface touch temperatures by 60% +
• Apply to surfaces upto 140C
• Eradicates burns and scalds caused by hot surfaces
• Reduces heat loss on un-insulated systems
